With everything from your essential stores to fashion brands and all your favourite high street names, you can shop until you drop at The Broadway.

HEARING LOOP

Hearing loop facility is available at The Hub located by the central lift lobby.

CHANGING PLACES ROOM

We have a fully fitting Changing Places facility including an adult-sized, height adjustable changing bench, hoist and plenty of space. The room is located within the main toilet area accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court. TOILETS

The toilets can be accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court. This includes three Disabled toilets.

WHEELCHAIR HIRE

Wheelchairs are available for use from The Hub located by the central lift lobby. Simply fill out a hire agreement form and pay a £10 fully refundable deposit.

SENSORY ROOM

A calm space for neurodivergent visitors to retreat to if they feel overwhelmed. The sensory room is located next to The Hub and includes mood lighting, mirrors, a musical hand and touch wall, an LED colour curtain and an acoustic bed.

QUIET HOUR

Each Tuesday and Saturday, The Broadway arrange a quiet hour between 9am to 10am. This ensures that music on the mall is turned off for a calmer shopping experience for those who may want it.
